KIDS RULE AT YUMMY UNITED!
The Kids Board is always aware of the company's plans and is actively involved in the generation and discussion of ideas. The best ideas proposed or chosen by the Kids Board of Directors are brought to life under the brand Yummy United.
The Kids Board is always aware of the company's plans and is actively involved in the generation and discussion of ideas. The best ideas proposed or chosen by the Kids Board of Directors are brought to life under the brand Yummy United.
The Kids Board of Directors is re-elected every four months. Children from anywhere in Russia aged between 8 and 12 have the opportunity to join it. To do this, they need to participate in our contests and win them. All winners of the Yummy United contests receive an invitation to participate in the Selection, and 40 of the most active and creative candidates become the new directors of Yummy United.

THE BOARD'S ACTIVITY
The Kids Board meets every week online and offline. The directors can attend the meetings remotely. They each get a personal tablet to keep in touch with the company and with the rest of the kids on the Board.
At meetings, we talk with directors about the company's plans and objectives, come up with new product and flavour ideas as well as generate packaging design ideas and discuss content.
Together with Yummy United guests, we discuss the basics of marketing and promotion, leadership and management, food production and flavour creation, design and content creation, modern technologies, innovations, trends, environment and even art.
The little directors get a unique experience: they learn new things, get introduced to various professions and industries, acquire skills and knowledge that cannot be obtained at school, start believing in themselves and their ideas and find new friends.

HOW MEETINGS WORK
