Not one, but three teams won! In a crowdfunding campaign that received media support from Yummy United and the Skolkovo Foundation, the kids raised enough funds to make their projects a reality.
WINNERS ARE NAMED IN THE THINK BIG, START SMALL COMPETITION OF KIDS' IDEAS!
Kudos to the winners and thanks to all entrants and finalists!
The teams will pitch their ideas at the Startup Village 2021 conference in Skolkovo on 25 May, and report on their project outputs at the Open Innovation 2021 forum in October.
These ideas will take flesh and they will change the world for the better. After all, all big things start out small!
The Skolkovo Foundation and Yummy United, a company managed by kids, present the contest of children's startups Think Big, Start Small.
THINK BIG, START SMALL
The project Think Big, Start Small gives children the opportunity to share their views on solving adult problems, prove themselves and suggest ideas for improving the place they live in. The best idea will receive funding and will be implemented.
FROM A CHILD'S DREAM TO AN ADULT REALISATION

Following the presentation, the jury selected the finalists, and their ideas have already been posted on a crowdfunding platform with the support of Yummy United and the Skolkovo Foundation. City
Project
Kids see what adults don't notice, they ask the right questions and find interesting and unexpected answers.
Let's hear what they have to say.
The aim of the project is to solicit from kids and implement some ideas that would make life better in a particular locale, city, neighbourhood, community or village. It is tiny local changes that help to gradually change the entire world for the better.
Remember: any idea that helps to make the world better is a great idea that is worth your time and your energy! But don't you ever try to change the whole world at once! Start with what's around you, change what you know and understand; change where you live and do it for the people you live with.
